What's the difference between running Chad myself and using a partner?

Running Chad yourself means you brief him in your own Slack and approve his work directly. With a partner, an account manager at the partner agency briefs Chad, checks every piece of work and walks you through the results. Chad does the same work either way.

Does anything go live without approval?

No. Chad drafts the work and it ships only after a yes. With a partner, your account manager gets your sign-off before anything goes live.
