He fixed it anyway.

This is how Chad works in practice — ArrosQD's real support thread, a teammate tagged to debug a broken checkout, and Chad jumping in unprompted with a live diagnosis before anyone asked him to.

// ABOUT THIS ENGAGEMENT

**Client:** ArrosQD — e-commerce gift voucher platform, checkout hosted via Toggle (mytoggle.io).

**Context:** A support teammate, David, was tagged in **#support** to debug a customer-reported checkout failure on the gift vouchers flow. Chad — watching the same channel, not tagged — tested the flow live before the tagged teammate replied.

**Diagnosis:** Chad reproduced the failure, isolated it to three form-validation errors (last name, email, confirm email) blocking the "Proceed to payment" step, and confirmed the checkout itself is hosted by a third party — ruling out the client's own site as the cause.

**Outcome:** Delivered a clear verdict ("not your site — it's Toggle's checkout"), a workaround for the customer to try immediately, and a drafted support message ready to send to Toggle — all before a human had opened the page.

**Key insight:** Chad doesn't wait to be asked. Watching a shared channel, he can jump into any thread — even ones not addressed to him — test the actual problem live, and hand back a finished diagnosis instead of a guess.
